The Groues district, a new face of the West of Paris
The Groues are the 11th district of Nanterre, on a vast territory of 60 to 65 hectares in deep transformation, between Nanterre, Courbevoie and La Garenne-Colombes. Long marked by railway rights-of-way and activity areas, the sector is now reinventing itself into a real living neighbourhood, mixed and lively, mixing housing, offices, shops, public facilities and large green spaces.
In the long term, nearly 10,500 inhabitants and 12,000 jobs will settle in Les Groues, making this district a natural extension of La Défense and a new hub of life in the West of Paris. The ambition of the city of Nanterre is clear: to build a sustainable, inclusive and friendly neighbourhood, where you can live, work and play on a daily basis.
A connected address, at the gates of La Défense
Located on the edge of Courbevoie and a few minutes from La Défense, the residence enjoys privileged accessibility to all of Greater Paris. The extension of the RER E (Eole) already puts the district about a quarter of an hour from the centre of Paris, while the future arrival of line 15 of the Grand Paris Express will further strengthen this strategic connectivity.
The area also benefits from the proximity of the RER A (Nanterre-Prefecture), the T2 tramway and new bus lines that gradually mesh the different polarities of the district.
