One place for every new-build programme
We work with French property developers and their marketing partners. We bring their programmes together on one site, from Paris and Île-de-France to Lake Geneva and the Riviera, with the information a buyer needs to compare them: prices, available homes, floor plans and delivery dates.
Every home listed is for sale at the developer’s price, VAT included. Brochures and floor plans are sent in English, and our advisors stay with you from your first question to the handover of the keys.

Every new-build programme on the site is for sale now. Prices, available homes and delivery dates are updated every day.

Get the brochure and floor plans
On any programme, choose a home and we email you the brochure and its floor plan, in English, with the price VAT included.

Call or message us on WhatsApp: we answer your questions on the area, the programme, financing and the buying process.

Reserve your home
We guide you through the reservation contract with the developer, then the notary deed, until the keys are handed over.
Buying new-build in France
A protected purchase
A new-build home is bought off-plan (VEFA, vente en l’état futur d’achèvement), under rules that protect the buyer.
