Privacy and cookie policy

This website is published by Immonur, a real-estate agency marketing new-build homes in France. Immonur is the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact: contact@immonur.com or 07 54 02 21 62.

When you ask for a brochure, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, the programme and, if you choose one, the home you are interested in. We use them to send you the documents and to contact you about your project. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before a possible purchase.

These details are kept for three years after our last contact with you, then deleted. They are never sold. They are only shared with the service providers that help us run the site (hosting, email delivery), bound by confidentiality, and, with your agreement, with the developer of the programme you choose to reserve.

We count visits with Umami, hosted on our own server: pages viewed, referring site, country, type of device, and clicks on a few buttons (brochure request, phone number). No cookie is placed, no IP address is stored and no profile is built. These statistics are strictly anonymous and are only used to measure the audience of the site.

If you accept it in the cookie banner, we record how you browse: pointer movements, clicks, scrolling and the pages you visit, to understand what is unclear or hard to use on our pages. What you type in forms is never recorded. Recordings are kept for six months on our own server and are only viewed by our team.

Refusing has no effect on your use of the site. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. We ask again after six months.

The site and its data are hosted by OVHcloud on a server located in the United Kingdom, a country recognised by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of data protection. Emails are sent through Brevo (France). Programme descriptions are translated with DeepL; no personal data is sent to it.

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or ask for a copy, by writing to contact@immonur.com. We answer within one month. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
